Round-robin method not load balanced

I disabled server1, but could not communicate to server2, and I got a connection error on the source server sending to VIP.

So you have bigger problem than load balancing. You said that monitor is up, what kind of monitor are you using? 

Can you try a curl also in server2 from F5? Does it work?

    It defines a monitor for the SMTP protocol, which periodically connects to the SMTP server and sends EHLO commands and other commands to check for responses.
