    Yes as I mentioned above I got contacted by an agent who has recently resolved the issue ,

    I believe F5 community is more helpful and active than i thought , 

    I will try to download and activate license and see if everything is working.

I also got contacted by a support agent who said will resolve the issue shortly , hopefully
