First make sure you are using the iApp and the latest version. See this link for more information: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/13000/400/sol13497.html

 

If you are, better get a support case open. Exchange is a very complex application, with multiple connections. You probably need to take some tcpdumps/ssldumps, but support guys will be able to help with that.
