Are f5 BIG-IP 5250v and 5200v the same Hardware?

Hi

 

please tell me the differences between f5 BIG-IP 5250v and 5200v chassies.How should I decide between them? I need to request a 5250v with LTM&ASM modules but I can not find its part number, all P/Ns are for 5200v

    Hello, the only difference are disk, 5250 using SSD and 5200. We strongly advise that you go for 5250V. This appliance is using SSD disk which will give you better performances while using VCMP for visualization or ASM with extensive local logging.

     

    Ref you are looking for are :

     

    • F5-BIG-LTM-5250V
    • F5-ADD-BIG-ASM-5000

    or

     

    • F5-BIG-BT-5250V : all modules
